5 things you can relate to when you’re a Jack Russell owner

The Jack Russell has stolen many hearts over the years. The hunting dogs can jump 5 times their own height and love to play fetch. In this blog we have 5 things a jack Russell owner can relate to.

  1. Tiny hairs sticking everywhere

The tiny hairs of the Jack Russel will stick to everything. The sofa, your socks and the rugs. You’ll have to vacuum every day and you can’t remember how your house looked like before you had a dog. The things we do for love.

  1. They love mud and manure and rabbit holes

Walking with your Jack is fun, unless there’re mud puddles everywhere. You’ll know for sure your dog will roll in the puddle. Or when you pass a pile of manure, you’re sure he will either eat it or roll in it. And then we did not start talking about hunting season yet. If you lost your dog while walking in the countryside, he’ll probably be chasing rabbits. If you want to avoid washing your dog every time he loves to get swampy, you can use one of our dog coats.  This feels nice and soft for the dog, while you don’t have to worry about him getting too dirty. When the coat is muddy, you can just wash it at 30 degrees, and it looks as good as new.

  1. You’re never eating alone

A Jack Russell is always in the mood for food. When you’re preparing dinner, they patiently wait till something falls off the counter. Very disappointed they’ll follow you to the dinner table and wait there till something accidentally falls. Leaving a full plate on the table is therefore never a good idea when you have a Jack.

  1. Fart machines

Imagine a cozy Friday night, you’re watching a movie while being under a soft and fuzzy blanket and your best four-legged friend right next to you. But then you smell a galore of rotten eggs. Yep… your so-called best friend spread his love perfume. It’s unbelievable what smell can come out of such a tiny dog. Maybe it’s time to have his own chill spot, to fart along.

  1. The celebrity of the household

Everything in the household turns around your Jack Russell, or at least that’s what he thinks. Jacks love to get spoiled. When they feel they are getting less attention than they deserve, they will for sure ask for it. And while you’re reading this and thinking, is my Jack getting enough attention maybe it’s time to buy him a nice appreciation dog toy. He’ll love it!
